Refund Policy

In compliance with Belgian law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without needing to provide a reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day following receipt of the purchased goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by submitting a written notice of withdrawal by mail to the address [insert applicable Belgian address here]. This notice may be sent via registered post, and the date on the receipt from the post office will serve as confirmation. As an alternative, the Buyer may notify the Seller of the withdrawal electronically, provided that the Seller acknowledges receipt of this communication.

The Buyer must return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notice is communicated. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on certain items, including but not limited to: goods that have been unsealed or used, items made to the Buyer’s specifications, personalized products, or any goods that are likely to deteriorate rapidly or that are past their expiration date, as per Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. However, if the goods received were incorrect or defective, the Seller will cover the return costs.

Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, the Seller will refund the Buyer the full amount paid, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the returned items.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, the contractual obligations between the Buyer and Seller are terminated, except as noted in this policy.
