E drejta e t\u00ebrheqjes nga kontrata (Rimbursimi)<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e konsumatorit, Bler\u00ebsi ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga kontrata pa ndonj\u00eb gjob\u00eb dhe pa pasur nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye, brenda 14 (kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb) dit\u00ebve kalendarike nga dita pas marrjes s\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb blera.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e t\u00ebrheqjes, Bler\u00ebsi duhet t\u2019i njoftoj\u00eb Shit\u00ebsit duke d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb njoftim t\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqje n\u00eb adres\u00ebn [shto adres\u00ebn e Shit\u00ebsit k\u00ebtu]. Ky njoftim mund t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohet edhe me post\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar, ku data n\u00eb kuponin e post\u00ebs do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si konfirmim. Si alternativ\u00eb, Bler\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb Shit\u00ebsin elektronikisht, me kusht q\u00eb Shit\u00ebsi t\u00eb konfirmoj\u00eb marrjen e k\u00ebtij njoftimi.<\/p>\n
